Dress code: The players must wear their school uniform with their district cap. Newly purchased district caps will be issued at the venue before the start of the first round.
Format: 6 Round Swiss
Time control: 60+5 SIPM
NOTATION: Notation sheets will be provided. It is mandatory for all players to record their moves. However, the Chief Arbiter may consider exceptions. Players must bring their own pens.
