Cape Town Metro Schools Chess are excited to announce the first CT Metro Schools Chess LSEN Rapid 2026 taking place on 23 May 2026 at Westcliff School of Skills (Bellville, Cape Town)!!
This tournament is open to all Learners with Special Educational Needs (LSEN) within the Cape Town Metro (see brochure for qualification requirements).
♟️ Format: 5 Round Swiss (Chess SA Rated)
⏰ Time control: 20/20 minutes
♟️ Sections: u9, u11, u13, u15, u17 and u19
🏆 Prizes: Trophies for the top 3 boys and girls in each age group
